The job is not complete until we have gone through a final walk of the new fence line with all representatives and address any concerns that may arise.

Our Homeowners Association department was created to meet the needs of Community Association boards. We know that many hours of volunteer time is invested into finding the right product and finding a professional contractor to install the product.

At your next Association board meeting, we will present the proposed fence samples and explain the different options, availability, pricing and what maintenance may be required.

We have even built custom items not normally associated with fencing.

Our maintenance program includes providing yearly inspections of the newly installed fence and making any necessary adjustments or repairs for a period of three years. Many products we provide come with 15,20,25,or 30 year manufacturer’s warranties. Along with warranties, we can provide value studies on any product installed showing the homeowners exactly what their association fees are buying.
